Last week, I teamed up with top chef Lukas Olbrich and together, we cooked 2 dishes for the Dinner & Casino menu, which will be available from tomorrow up to and including the 6th of September at Cuisino Wien K\u00e4rntnerstra\u00dfe, Vienna.<\/p>\n

\nWas steckt hinter der #haubenjagd?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

In den n\u00e4chsten Monaten k\u00f6nnen G\u00e4ste im Casino speziell kreierte Blogger-Men\u00fcs von Haubenk\u00f6chen und Food Bloggerinnen in zahlreichen Cuisinos in ganz \u00d6sterreich genie\u00dfen. 2017 markiert ein ganz besonderes Jahr f\u00fcr die Cuisino Restaurants. Von Gault&Millau wurden die Cuisino Restaurants mit insgesamt 8 Hauben ausgezeichnet. Die besondere Auszeichnung von Gault&Millau m\u00f6chte das Casino mit der Kooperation geb\u00fchrend feiern.<\/p>\n

F\u00fcr mich war das Kochen mit einem Haubenkoch eine sch\u00f6ne, neue Erfahrung. Lukas hat mir sehr viele neue Dinge beigebracht und gemeinsam haben wir ein sch\u00f6nes 4-G\u00e4nge Men\u00fc kreiert. Mein Favorit ist definitiv die Vorspeise \u2013 ein Forelle Ceviche auf Avocadocreme mit Granatapfelkerne. Das Rezept dazu findet ihr anbei.<\/p>\n
