Trout Ceviche"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The project couldn't have been any more serendipidous. A cookbook, around my home county of Vorarlberg, created with people sharing my passion. When Vorarlberg publishing house edition v approached me with this idea, the only possible answer was yes.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>In der wundersch\u00f6nen Landschaft Vorarlbergs, dem L\u00e4ndle, l\u00e4sst sich die Vielfalt der Natur in vollen Z\u00fcgen genie\u00dfen. Vom Bodensee \u00fcber den Bregenzerwald bis ins Gebirge kann ich Vertrautes, reizvoll Neues und auch die Langsamkeit finden.<\/p>\n<p>Umgesetzt und fotografiert wurde das Buch im Gro\u00dfen Walsertal. Die Umgebung hatte an diesem Tag durch die Wolken und die m\u00e4chtigen Berge im Hintergrund etwas sehr Magisches. Ein perfekter Tag, um mit Gleichgesinnten das Projekt zu vollenden: Leute, die wie ich lieben, was sie tun; die im Kochen und Bloggen und somit im Teilen ihrer Kreationen ihre Passion gefunden haben.<\/p>\n<p>Kochen bedeutet f\u00fcr uns Neugierde, Spa\u00df, Freude und Zusammensein mit der Familie und Freunden. Mit einem Blog und der digitalen Technik erreicht man viele Menschen; dennoch sehnen wir uns alle nach dem Urspr\u00fcnglichen, dem Handwerk, der schwarzen Schrift auf wei\u00dfem Papier und sch\u00f6nen Bildern zum Ansehen. Aus dieser gemeinsamen Zielsetzung und Leidenschaft heraus entstand unser Kochbuch <a href=\"https:\/\/www.laendlebuch.at\/webapp\/wcs\/stores\/servlet\/Product\/Sach--und-Fachbuecher_Sachbuecher\/Eva-Fischer\/Vorarlberger-Foodblogger-Buch\/97706\/4099276460822233274\/3000000538297\/-3\/4099276460822241391\/4099276460822241336\/4099276460822241336\">MUNDART<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>An keinem anderen Ort \u00d6sterreichs gibt es einen derart signifikanten Dialekt wie in Vorarlberg. titelgebende Begriff f\u00fcr unser Kochbuch. Das Synonym f\u00fcr <em>Dialekt<\/em> setzt sich aus zwei sehr stimmigen W\u00f6rtern zusammen. Aus Mund, der f\u00fcr etwas sehr Sinnliches steht und sozusagen das Tor der Nahrungsaufnahme ist. Aus dem Wort \u201eArt\u201c, das auf Deutsch einerseits f\u00fcr das eigene Wesen, die verschiedenen Charaktere der Blogger und f\u00fcr \u201aVerfahrensweisen\u2019 (z.B. beim Kochen) steht und andererseits auf Englisch <em>Kunst<\/em> bedeutet. Kreativit\u00e4t bringt Fantasie ins Zubereiten und beim liebevollen Anrichten der Speisen. Dies fotografisch so festzuhalten, dass es nicht nur sch\u00f6n aussieht, sondern auch Appetit macht, erfordert wiederum k\u00fcnstlerisches Gesp\u00fcr. Als Food Fotografin dieses Buches war es f\u00fcr mich eine gro\u00dfe Ehre, die Gerichte meiner Food-Blogger Kollegen in Szene zu setzen. Die wundersch\u00f6nen Portraits dazu stammen von Patrick Steiner.<\/p>\n<p>Bei uns gibt es zu Weihnachten jedes Jahr Fleisch-Fondue und zur Vorspeise ein Lachstartar. Dieses Jahr - inspiriert von Peru - werde ich f\u00fcr meine Familie eine Ceviche zur Vorspeise machen.
